My Intranet site has been running with AD Authentication + DNN for some time now. As of yesterday it stopped authenticating the domain users and is showing only the unregistered user content. Nothing has been changed regarding file/folder permissions nor IIS setttings. Any idea's were to look for a solution?

I found the problem. We had an issue with the NetworkService account two days prior and resorted to use the local system account to run sql server. After checking permissions on the sql data files for network service (full) I was able to once again run sql server with this account. Now DNN authenticates as well.
