*******Problem sloved************
****It has something to do with the hosting provider. I fixed the problem by stopping and main and domain alias DNS services and start it again.********

I've the same problem with Joan. I'm using Plesk in a Shared Hosting Environment.
When I created a Domain Alias in Plesk, I get This DNS Settings:

Main Hosted Account------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ftp.example.com.    CNAME    example.com.
example.com.        NS    ns.example.com.
example.com.        A    210.1.11.11
example.com.        MX (5)    ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
example.com.        MX (10)    ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
example.com.        MX (5)    ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
mail.example.com.    CNAME    ghs.google.com.
mail1.example.com.    A    210.1.11.11
mssql.example.com.    A    210.1.11.11
ns.example.com.    A    210.1.11.11
sitebuilder.example.com.A    210.1.11.11
webmail.example.com.    A    210.1.11.11
www.example.com.    CNAME    example.com.

Domain Alias------------------------------------------------------------------------
210.1.11.11 / 24        PTR    domain-alias.com.
ftp.domain-alias.com.        CNAME    domain-alias.com.
domain-alias.com.        NS    ns.domain-alias.com.
domain-alias.com.        A    210.1.11.11
domain-alias.com.        MX (5)    ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
domain-alias.com.        MX (10)    ASPMX2.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
domain-alias.com.        MX (5)    ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
mail.domain-alias.com.        CNAME    ghs.google.com.
mail1.domain-alias.com.        A    210.1.11.11
mssql.domain-alias.com.        A    210.1.11.11
ns.domain-alias.com.        A    210.1.11.11
sitebuilder.domain-alias.com.    A    210.1.11.11
webmail.domain-alias.com.    A    210.1.11.11
www.domain-alias.com.        CNAME    domain-alias.com.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. It both pointed to the same IP. What did I do wrongly in the DNS records?
2. I checked "Synchronize DNS zone with the primary domain" in the setting.
3. I've created a parent portal in DNN already.
4. Do I need to configure the host header? (I believe that is only avaible for additional charges in shared hosting rather that using "domain alias")

Any help and respond are very very appreciated.

Thank you.

George

Thanks,
George
