Hi

We have a portal setup that is using DNN v. 4.8.3, and that is using private registrations.

When these users are authorised, the system sends a mail that tells them they have been authorised, but it is not adding in their passwords ? I have checked the code, and the passwork token is there in the email body text.

On the forst email (confirmation of registration, and notification that they must be authorised) it sends username and password. Password reminder email also works fine. Its just this confirmation of authorisation and account activation email that doesn't send the pw for some reason.

Anyone know how to solve this issue ?

AFAIK the password is not provided, when sending confirmation of authorisation, even if you include the token in the mail template, sorry. Please log the enhancement request into the public issue tracker at support.dotnetnuke.com.

Has this issue been fixed?  I am just asking because i am using DNN 4.9+ and still not seeing a password when getting the auth email.  Any thoughts?
