I am configuring Active Directory 1.0.0.4 for use in an corporate intranet environment using DNN 04.08.02. Both Macs and PCs need to be able to login to the site. My issue is with how Active Directory works on the mac. I understand that there will a login popup so as a MAC user can authenticate with AD. That is fine. My issue is that they are presented with the login prompt every time they access the site. I do not have AD configured to log users in automatically. I used option #2  for intranet/extranet sites on page 8 of the documentation. When I log on using IE on the PC, users are not authenticated until the user clicks on the login button. That is how I would like it to work on the mac. I do not want to force the MAC users to log in every time they just want to view the homepage. Does anyone know why it works different on Mac than PC? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
