hi there, i am another newbie to this so i hope i posted i the right forums.

Is there a way to allow moderators to publish/unpublish entries in the repository module. I would like a situation where my moderator or administrator have the ability to publish/unpublish entries any time.

thanks in advance

in addition top my original post, if the above is not possible then can someone show me how i can add a custom field/attribute (visible only to moderators/admins) that allows them to change the Approved status of a repository entry to make it unavailable for public viewing.

i looked at the ccgrmRepositoryObjects table and seems to me i can update the Approved field to make the article/download published or unpublished so to speek

i am using the businesscard template

2) i would also like to add the follogin custom fields "Phone", "Fax", "Address" and "Website" onto the template to allow users to specify these as part of their businesscard

a thousand apologies if these issues have been anwered already elsewhere. if so kindly point me to that direction
