Yay... Take Me to the Community!

Welcome to the DNN Community Forums, your preferred source of online community support for all things related to DNN.
In order to participate you must be a registered DNNizen

Not sure what others use... if anything... but I've just started getting into the OnyakTech NukeAl*rt module for automating emails out to registered users.

This is not meant as a recommendation for this module as I find support to lack a lot, and sometimes critical bugs in released versions... but what it seems to do is quite good, and a powerful tool for maintaining business or communities online.

If others know of anything else that 'plugs' into DNN really well and does the same, I'd also like to hear about it as I'm sure some others probably would too.

The way I am getting it to work now for me is:

  • Manages Newsletters and Subscriptions
  • Automatic courtesy follow-ups the day after users register
  • Feedback requests sent out
  • Follow-ups on trial downloaders to see what they think, remind them of the trial etc
  • Additional offers

All things that many online businesses seem to be doing... though I've not really seen this area covered much with DNN.

What do others use for this, if anything?

Cheers

David
