I am using latest version of Gallery module and was wondering if anyone knows how rating feature is working?
Where can I turn it on?

Thanks

It's under the configuration options to allow user ratings.   Then when you click on the stars the user is taken to the comments section were they can click a link for rating.

Yes, the configuration option is selected but I the comments section comes up as a ReadOnly screen with the only option available is "Cancel".

More and more I am beginning to thing that the version of Gallery I am using with dnn 4.02 is very limited in it's functionallity.

Yeah the Gallery doesn't work so well on DNN 4.0.2.  One guy (probably were you got it from) has made changes and gotten it to install but I believe that he said there were still some problems with it.

Your best bet it probably to wait until the next release after the actual team has looked at it and made some fixes.  It's all still beta. :)
