Need some help from a SQL guru -

I am trying to REORGANIZE the indices on my DNN DB. I noticed that the INDEX schedule_servers doesnot have the "page lock" flag set, causing an error 2552 when trying to REORGANIZE.

Is there a benefit to not setting this?

Should I just rebuild the indices daily?

If I disable Page Locks on every Index for all Tables, will that speed up the DB performance?

What about "Automatically Recompute Statistics", does having that on affect DB performance?

Are there any SQL guys that can answer this?

I'm running my server on some fairly outdated hardware so every little bit of performance gain helps. I sit between 50% - 90% average CPU utilization and the SQL instance seems to be a little heavier than what I would expect.
