There is no way to save the database with my hosting , I don't know what to do but I really  would like to solve this problem, maybe someone can help me, the best would probably be saving everything and reinstalling the dnn since last time I have upgraded and it seemed to be fine working but only now that I want to install some new modules I run into a problem.

I wanted to use evotiva module to make a backup with database but like I said can't install any new module. so the only way is probably to export template with resourses, then wipe the whole wwwroot directory and install new version of DNN.... do you think it's a good idea?

If you can't get a copy of the database, how are you going to get a copy of the template. Also, will the template complete? If your hosting provider is using SQL Server, they should be able to back up your database. Here is a link to a presentation, http://www.engagesoftware.com/Blog/EntryID/164.aspx, I just did on how to restore a DNN instance, one of six sessions we provided. Possibly upgrading the DNN version could fix it, but it may not. Make sure you back up everything before you start. I would be cautious before moving forward. If you can get a copy of the file system and database, install it locally and find out the steps you need to take to make it work.
