Gasp!  Did you forget to include a ModuleID in your MinMax Persistence cookie again? 

In case you're still working on this, I figured I would respond.  This is a common error that often times doesn't actually reflect the real error in the control.  If you can't glean anything from the Log Viewer (in the Host menu), then I would recommend a resource I've found helpful in the past called DNNDebug.aspx, which you can find at http://help.speerio.net/filemanagerpro/250/dnn/Resources/DNNDebug.aspx.htm.  Follow the directions at the top of the page and see what it reports.
