I am trying to use 3rd party Chat Support Service called "Live 2 Support" (www.live2support.com). The chat service provides a copy/paste section of html and java script code to use to paste into the site, but I can not get it to work. I've tried it in a plain html file and it works fine, but when i place it into a text/html module it does not work. Anyone have any ideas?

(I changed the "stid=" argument for security reasons)

<!-- live2support.com tracking codes starts --><div id="l2s_trk" style="z-index:99;visibility:hidden;"><a href="http://live2support.com" style="size:1px;">Live chat hosted software</a></div><script type="text/javascript"><!--
 var l2s_pht=escape(location.protocol); if(l2s_pht.indexOf("http")==-1) l2s_pht='http:'; function l2s_load() { document.write('<scr'+'ipt type="text/javaScr'+'ipt" src="'+unescape(l2s_pht)+'//live2support.com/js/lsjs1.php?stid=00000"  defer=true>'+'</scr'+'ipt>');  }
l2s_load();  //--></script>
<!-- live2support.com tracking codes closed -->

make sure to use plain text box, when entering the script and saving the content of the Text/HTML module.

Sebastian,

Thanks for the reply. I believe I've tried that. I added a Text/HTML module and clicked on "Edit" content. Clicked the "Basic Text Box" radio button at the top of the form and either "Text" or "Html" radio button on the bottom of the form. Neither work for me. Other thoughts?
