Hello All,

I've been using Godaddy (I know, bad for DNN -- but I have other sites hosted on the same account) and my password reminders were working fine.

Now, I get the error message "Password could not be sent at this moment. Please try again later or contact the site administrator."

When I go into the host settings, the SMTP server settings are unchanged (and correct)

relay-hosting.secureserver.net

Anonymous

SSL is NOT checked

username/password is blank

I contacted godaddy to ask if the servers are down. They claim they aren't.  It just mysteriously stopped working. They say they don't support 3rd party software.  Any insight would be appreciated.

Are there any really cheap SMTP servers I can use?  I'd switch hosting from Godaddy but I have 4 site hosted under the same account and it's cheap.

My sites aren't high traffic.  About 100 users each. Sort of like an "intranet" -- so at most i'd probably have to send out like 10-20 password reminders a month.

Are there any free SMTP servers like with a gmail account?
