Hello all,

In edit mode, when I click on the down arrow to try to delete a text module, the menu dissapears before I can move the cursor over 'delete'.  This doesn't happen all the time, but in certain parts of the site.  Why is this, and how do I delete the module?

Thank you,

Eugene

IE and Windows XP.  What are the disadvantages of different browsers / operating systems?

Thank you

IE7 and XP should be fine, newer browsers (like IE8 and Google Chrome might have issues, mainly because they are still beta)

your issue might be caused by the inline editor of the Text/HTML module. You can turn that off in host settings

This can also happen depending on the containers, the module menu placement, and current position of the drop-down.

Try scrolling up or down so that the module's menu arrow is on a different part of the screen.

Another thing to try is to switch to Design View and see if you can access the command that you need.
