hi ,

Any ideas how to enable email validation for users who register ?  Simply email@company.com
Using Dnn 3.1.0- old system I know.
Can it done without 3rd party modules/upgrades ?

Thanks!!

This is included now, but will require a core code change for your old version. you  should really consider to upgrade!

you need source code of the framework and might add the validation  inside /admin/users/manageUsers.ascx.vb, line 371 or in usercontrol.

thanks again sebastian. do you mean usercontrol.ascx file ?

The alt. I had was to try this with Javascript regex since I can't change the core code without recompiling.
