i got an urgent call from my client that their website's logo is suddenly disappeared! I looked into the event log and nothing seem to be helpful. I looked at the skin and it is all fine, nothing has been changed since months ago. They are running on 4.05.03 dnn version. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Thanks

did they perhaps delete it themselves? (you might check whether the file actually still exists...)

If you check Admin - Site Settings, is the logo set to "<not specified>"?  I dont know why, but it can change to this occasionally.  If this is the case, just select the correct logo from the drop down list.

login as Superuser ("host") and go to Scheduler in Host menu. Make sure that job "Sync File System" is NOT enabled.

Go to file manager in admin menu and perform a recursive sync (command and check box in upper right corner)

Go to Host Settings, other settings and enable "AutoSync"

Go to site settings and set the logo to the appropriate file.
