I am trying to set up a forum on my website that allows anyone to view, start a new thread and post replies.  I can not get that to happen.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

The Forum module does not supporting annonymous posting.  This is to prevent for security reasons.  For setting up the Forum module you can look to the user manual you can get from the Project page.   http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/Development/Forge/ModuleForums/Downloads/tabid/823/Default.aspx
