Sorry for the vague subject line.

I've got DNN installed and running fine so far. I'm having difficulty understanding my site structure and how to properly deploy sites.

Ive got DNN deployed to http://cms.bberry.homeip.net . It's in its own Web Site in IIS. I want a DNN web site at www.stockchartgrabber.com and another site at a different url later.

In IIS does each site resolve to some subfolder within my DNN site? or do I copy the dnn folder structure for each site? or am I way off?

I assume, you want to create multiple web sites with different domain in same DNN installation.

In this case, install DotNetNuke on the target server (or move local site, see pinned post in Install it! forum), make sure, all domain names are pointing to your DNN installation and create the additional portals with appropriate domain name inside DotNetNuke, which will take care to display the proper portal per domain.

Thank you Sebastian, You're correct in your assumption. I'll check out the pinned post as you suggested.

I supposed based on what you've outlined here, I'll be adding the appropriate host header in IIS for each site I create within my DNN site...

Please correct me if this is wrong.

Thanks Again!

unless you have only one site in your IIS and use catch all, you need to assign all domain names as host headers to the IIS web site that is pointing to your DNN installation folder.
