Hi everybody,

I installed DNN 4.9 in a production server.
I configured the main portal (host portal) under this domain (www.mydomain1.com)
I have this portal registered thru GoDaddy.com.
What I did was to point the A record (@) to the IP address where my DNN instance lives.
What I want to do is set up sub domains under www.mydomain1.com, like:

sub1.mydoamin1.com
sub2.mydoamin1.com
sub3.mydoamin1.com

What I’ve done so far is to create a sub domain in GoDaddy control panel, named sub1 and pointed that to the same IP address as www.mydomain1.com is pointed (DNN instance) thinking that DNN will take care of the rest.
In DNN I created a parent portal and configured under sub1.mydomain1.com
When I type sub1.mydomain1.com in the web browser I’m redirected to the DNN main installation (that is www.mydomain1..com)
What do I need to do in order for DNN to recognize this and point it to the right portal?

You have given each child portal the proper Portal Alias through the DNN Host | Portals menu?
