Hello everybody!

I am using store module and I want to know how do I have to set up Email provider so that it will work successfully?

As far as I have got I only get as a client a confirmation message on the site. I have never had an email as it says..

Can anyone tell the settings from the start please in case I`ve done any mistakes?

What kind of email are you expecting ? An email to the buyer after his has ordered a product ?

Does your website sends an email confirmation correctly, when a new user has registered ?

Have you checked the SMTP configuration in your host ?

Hello!

Yes I checked the SMTP configuration and it is set right..

My site sends neither an email confirmation when a customer is registered , nor an email to the buyer when he makes a new order..

The only email that sends is the test email in the SMTP configuration in Host settings.

Do you have any idea what should I do?

I had the same problem.
The problem was over after I set the option in smtp server setting from anonymous to basic

Thank you for the suggestion!I did what you sugested but the problem is still remaining!

Can you tell me how long it takes for the email to be sent?

Any other suggestions are wellcome..
