I want to install DNN to make our intranet with an Employee Directory (Location, Phone, Picture, etc) and a Help Desk Ticketing System.  Wich modules do you recomend (paid or free, this last one preferred).

 I haven't used any of the DotNetNuke modules for ticketing systems, however, we recently completely overhauled our complete ticket system and are using Kayako (http://www.kayako.com/).  I have found it to be _extremely_ full featured.  We did a lot of research before choosing Kayako and looked like it was by far, one of the most popular out there and it was very reasonably priced as well.  We just wrote a little bit of code to integrate it into our infrastructure and it has been great!
