In 4.9 it appears that the placement of the dlls in my module has changed and placed in a sub directory of the bin folder. This works fine for most of my dlls but causes a problem for my controller class. If the library that holds my controller class is not in the bin folder I get an error when Reflection.CreateObject calls:

 
System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetType
 
Can I identify in the .dnn file to have this dll placed directly in the bin folder?
