I haven't heard from anyone running DNN on Azure yet - but there seam to be no issues running it on Mosso.

Bump... General availability has been announced by Microsoft.  http://www.microsoft.com/windowsazure/

This seems like a great option for a business startup.  I am considering using it but am not sure if I can get DNN to run on it.

I guess you haven't read my post above?  I suppose since you chimed in you already tried it?  Can you share your experience?
