Here is how I initially setup DNN and it worked and still works just fine. I installed it into the root directory of a website in IIS I used for testing. The pysical file path is D:\inetpub\websitev4\. The website works just fine as the root of a website for example: http://www.premgrp.com:8080/ . But now we want it to work as a virtual directory on our exisiting website. For example http://www.premgrp.com/portals/. So on the existing website in IIS I made a virtual directory, pointed it to the same pysical file path as the other website, put it in a seperate application pool, set the peoper version of .net, and ensured the persmissions were correct (I've tripple checked 1000 times now). I've even saved the settings of the website that works and installed is as a virtual directory (from file) and it still doesn't work. Is there some kind of configuration setting I'm missing that needs to be done if DNN is running in a virtual directory of an exisiting website?
