I have a new and clean DotNetNuke installation, but with Active Directory Provider I get the green box that display that the configuration was success, but I get the error/warning message "No providers are enabled - the standard DotNetNuke Authentication provider will be used" when I disable all providers except Active Directory Provider.

I'am not sure about what this could be???? Has someone seen this before?

Do you have "Hide Login" checked in the AD Provider Settings? If you do then you have to have one of the other providers enabled. Essentially you have to have at least one manual way for users to login.

Ok, I see. Now the warning is gone. But the provider don’t take to the Active Directory, I can’t login with none of the users in the AD. The dotnetnuke site is in a SBS2003 domain, and I’m not sure about which Organization Unit the provider looks for users. The provider doesn’t work, and I don’t understand why?
