Side note: Ventrian Friendly Urls are already part of the DotNetNuke Core since DNN4.7.

One thing I want to ask Bryan is if this work will be independently available for free, donated to the core or commercially sold. and BTW this thread belongs to the Let's Chat About it forum, as it separates from the guidelines of this forum.

Another DNN Module that helps with SEO is PageBlaster .

It does virtual paths which allow you to map any url to a page, caching, replacements, and lots of other good stuff.

Is the current 3rd party solution free?  If so, then I won't bother releasing what I have setup.  It works great for us, but why reinvent the wheel (unless the new one is free!).
