After the installation, it appears ok. However, the error occurs like the followings when I click the hosting settings. I try to re-install but the problem persists. I contact Godday, they say if the problem is from the software, they cannot do anything. The hosting plan I join is Godday's Deluxe Plan. Is there anybody able to install without problem? Or how you able to tackle this? Please help!

This seems to be a permissions issue. If you have access to change the file/folder permissions from the control panel, you will need to assign the required read/write permissions. If you cannot do this, you will need to get in touch with the Godaddy support team to help you in this.

Thank you for your reply and I have informed Godaddy. But I doublt if they will assign these rights of read and write permissions.

I would be surprised if they will not be assigning these permissions for you as there are no security risks involved in this. We provide this functionality for our customers from within the control panel whereby they can assign/revoke these permissions themselves as this is quite critical in certain applications like DNN. To date, we haven't encountered any issue with this privilege that we provide to our customers.

I am told that I can set the read and right permissions from the control panel by myself. However, I need to remove the frontpage extension which I now using. Thinking that uninstallation of frontpage extension may destroy the whole website, I am stuck here and do not dare to do anything.
