Hi there,

I have a single DNN installation hosting two portals, each with their own domain name. Both of these require e-mail capabilities - one has eTailer installed on it (which sends order confirmations etc) and the other has a newsletter.

When I dig around in the settings, however, the only place I can set e-mail settings (SMTP server, userid, password) is in the Host settings.

Since the two portals are on different domains, I can only get e-mail to work for one of them. The other gets refused due to relay errors.

Is there no way to configure this in DNN? Any extensions that help in this? Anyone solved this in another way?

unfortunately there are currently no portal specific SMTP server settings. if you are able to assign both domains to your mail server, you will be fine, otherwise the sites will require separate DNN installations.
