When I add, remove, enable or disable a language, DNN Restart like if I do a "Reset application" in host settings.

This is awfull becouse when I add a new portal, It startup with all languages enabled and I have to disable each one (I don't need them all) going in administrator - languages.

Every time I disable a language that I don't need in the new site, i have to wait 30 secs and all hang up becouse dnn restarting. While restarting, users that are in my sites are kicked out (while they are doing shopping in ecommerce.. this is a big damage)

I have 20 sites in my dnn installation and when I add a new language, it is enabled for each site already installed and i have to disable the new language in every site where I don't need it, causing lot of dnn restart.

Is there a solution to enable/disable languages in administrator - languages and avoid this terrible dnn restart?

this is because language configuration is stored in a file (/app_globalResources/languages.xml), and any change of files in this directory forces ASP.net to restart application. you might modify the file manually to speed up the process. This will be eliminated in DNN5.0.0 due to a different implementation of language configuration.
