Ok. This is my last resort to get SOME answer about some problems that I'm having with the skins store. I've written like 10 times through the contact form and also direct mail for 2 issues regarding the marketplace:

1. I'm trying to buy a skin and my credit card says: MAXMIND FRAUD CHECK FAILED. What's that supposed to mean? I use that CC for EVERY purchase I make on the internet. I need this skin FAST!, help me.

2. I'm trying to order Penta Colour Skin 1.0, but the "add to cart" link doesn't work. Can someone do something?

Please help!

Try being a vender with them.

Ether their email is down the storekeeper is on permanent vacation or they just don’t give a dam.

Not responding to emails is just unacceptable.

To be fair, they probably are overworked and under resourced.  I think Joe Brinkman might be the only person looking after the store.

Its not a job that you can just give to some random person off the street - you have to be able to really trust the people in charge, and they have to have no conflict of interest (so vendors like you and me cant help out), and finally you need to have someone who will do the work for free...

The DNN Marketplace is owned by DotNetNuke Corporation.

Expectations should be the same for the DotNetNuke Marketplace as any commercial enterprise.
