I am running DNN 4.09 on my local machine and on my remote hosting provider. I have taken the default MinimalExtropy skin and have done some simple alignment modifications on my local. The site looks fine on the local, but when uploaded to the remote site the whole thing shifts to the left instead of being centered and the body is wider than the logo area. I have also done a down load thru ftp of the skin from the remote site aback down to a separate folder on my local and have applied that skin to the local site...this looks like it should.

Why does this skin look different when viewed from my remote site?

Thanks in advance.

Doug

it is difficult to compare without seeing, but problably there are some other css files on the remote server that are not there on the local machine and that are  interfering. Or you are not using the same skin/container combination.

Or there maybe a thousand other reasons...

I have fixed the issue by copying out the standard skin and moving in teh fiels that I modified then FTPing the entire skin back up to a new folder. So it appears that something was missing on teh remote server.
