My DNN 4.9.0 generate new Session.SessionID in all requests. How I can stop it? Thanks.

that's completely normal - if you take a look @ http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms178581.aspx you'll see the following

"If no SessionID value is supplied, ASP.NET starts a new session and the SessionID value for that session is sent to the browser with the response. "

We do not use session's in dotnetnuke, hence it's regenerated each time. You can disable sessions altogether via a web.config setting, but if you are using 3rd party modules that use sessions that will break them.
