Looks like Stefan logged this issue which will be fixed in RC3, so this should be tested again after it gets released:

A little disappointing to see this wasn't quite fixed.

At least for me I get it stuck on Under Construction although the error seems fixed.

Worst of all... I wasn't surprised.

Now with trying to get it working without automatically handling the web.config (ie. now changing the release.config, going through it etc).

I get this error showing:

Installing Database - Version 5.0.0...FAILURE 400 - The stored procedure 'dbo.UpdateDatabaseVersionAndName' doesn't exist.

It appears all the issues were dealt with, just that you just have yet more issues?
