I copied the new 4.9.0 skin to experiment.  And ran into some layout problems.  Here's what I've got now:

A modified version of "index" - Applying this skin - page works correctly

A copy of the original "index" renamed "test" - applying this skin page left justifies the "box" (rather than page center) and the content table breaks out the right side of the "box."

The only change to this broken page is the name of the skin file.  Could the name change be the problem?  What am I missing?

When you copied the file and renamed it did you also copy and rename the index.doctype.xml and create a test.doctype.xml file as well.

Sam,

That is exactly what I was missing.  Thanks much!
