Hi Ken,

at a glance, it looks like the problem is that on your server the ASPNET process doesn't have the required permissions to create folders to upload files attached to the entries (e.g. images, files). You should check that writing is enabled for your dnn install folder on the web server. If you are unable to do this, please contact your server administrator for further instructions.

Thank you for the response.  I'll check into it.  But it does seem odd, since I've been able to edit the blog since last February.  Could the failed install have changed something?

Nope.  As it turns out, I had changed the permission setting when I restored the backup.  Everything works now.  Thanks for your help.
