Hello All,

I am attempting to configure the standard store modules checkout and wondered if there is an easy way to reduce the amount of information requested?

It currently requires the following:

  •  Full Name:
  •  Street:
  •  Unit #:
  •  City:
  •  Region:
  •  Postal Code:
  •  Country:
  •  Daytime Phone:

I want to be able to reduce it to something more relevant to my area (Hong Kong), like this:

  •  Full Name:
  •  Address 1:
  •  Address 2:
  •  Address 3:
  •  Area:
  •  Daytime Phone:

Any ideas?

Thanks

Paul

Paul,

You may use the localization keys in the resource file to change the terms in the form (though this may not be good practice, localization files beeing for translations rather than adaptations).

There is no easy way to just reduce the number of fields.

In the next version, you can manage adresses for a given customer (use the dnn user adress or record another one)
