Check out Michael Washington's website on how to create modules.  That should explain it all to you.  http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_Module4/

Hi i saw the tutorial it shows for edit feature. But the feature that i need is to populate the fields in the textbox not in a grid and make it editable. For example when u register u r account u give all the values after some time u want to edit it then u click the link to edit and it shows the page like the register with the values populated in it and u can change the values and save it. This is the feature i was requesting for to edit it.

So  if anybody knows how to do it plz help

Are you trying to create a custom module or are you trying to modify the Registration page?  I am not clear on what you are trying to achive.  Please let us know what you are wanting to do exactly so we can help.

Thanks,
Stuart

The point is when u register a page it will ask username, password and all details u give the values and submit it. After logging in there is an option to change the details that you entered. Like Edit profile link. When you click on this link it will take to the same page but with values populated in it. Can you get it what i am saying.

I want to do similar functionality like this. How to do it?
