You can try MS FrontPage if you have it, but don't use MS Word (it adds in all sorts of html behind the scenes). Try do a search for "free HTML editor" there should be loads knocking about - then you can design your template with the GUI and add in the tokens where you want them. Just make sure it resolves to clean HTML when you paste it into the module settings.
