Since upgrading to 4.9 I have not been able to log in to one of my portals due to a timeout error.  I can log in to the main parent portal and then go to this portal logged in as host but then I cannot use the admin or host menu from there, each link I hit there times out also.  I am not sure what is causing this and there are not any errors in my event viewer.  Has anyone dealt with a problem like this?
