This is the menu that I have found to be the closest to the example that you gave me here. So far, I have not been able to get the settings to go as you have described. Am I in the wrong table or am I doing this wrong? In the "Type" Column, It gives me a dropdown menu with that different types of languages, ie, XML, Binary, VarChar, etc. It does not give me the option of numbers.  However, as you can see, I was able to set the "Nullable" Column to "True" except for "Authentication ID" Thanks, Jeff...

ColumnAuthentication Columns
Key Column Type Length Prec. Scale Nullable Default Rule Id. Id. Incr. Id. seed Row GUID Actions
Primary Key AuthenticationID int 4 10 0 False     True 1 1 False
  PackageID int 4 10 0 True ((-1))   False 0 0 False
  AuthenticationType nvarchar 100 0 0 True     False 0 0 False
  IsEnabled bit 1 1 0 True ((0))   False 0 0 False
  SettingsControlSrc nvarchar 250 0 0 True     False 0 0 False
  LoginControlSrc nvarchar 250 0 0 True     False 0 0 False
  LogoffControlSrc nvarchar 250 0 0 True     False 0 0 False

Hi, Jeff-

You have the correct table but....The interface you posted a copy of is an edit view for the table's schema (i.e., lets you change the architecture of the table).  You don't want to change anything here.  We don't want to redesign the table -- we just want to change some content within the table.

You need to "open" the table to view the table contents rather than "edit" the table.  Once you've opened the table to view it's contents, find the appropraite row (the one I gave in my last post) and select the "edit" icon for that row.  Then you should be able to set the ISENABLED field (set it to "TRUE") for "DNN Authentication".

OK, how do I access the View contents? Which button is it? I tried to four to the right, but none of those offered any editing and did not look like the sample you posted. (Just don't want to get it more screwed up than it already is.)

  Thanks, Jeff...

Jeff-
The view you posted is "a view too far" -- you need to back up a screen (whatever screen came just before the screen sample you posted) and look for the "open table" or "view table contents" icon/link there.  The previous screen is probably a big list of table names -- go there and look for something to click on the "AUTHORIZATION" table row besides the "edit" icon/link you used before.

The interface you posted is from whatever third-party web-based SQL DB management tool your web host is providing.  It's not actually from DotNetNuke or from Microsoft SQL Server so, without seeing the software myself, I can't be much more specific about the exact link or icon to look for in that particular tool's interface.

Thanks you very much for your time and help! That worked perfectly! The only difference I noticed was in the box named "Isenabled", The options were "Null",  0 and 1. I selected "1" and that fixed it. The next question is how do I turn off the Login link so surfers can't access it, but I can use it when I need it?

                     Thanks, Jeff...
