Hi, I'm kind of new at this and I have a couple of questions about the login module.

1. Is there a way that the register form can ask more information to create an account? I've seen it on some dnn webpages but I don't know if that is a custom module or a version of the default dnn module.

2. Is there a way to bulk export emails from the user database after it has been populated? I mean for mailing list purposes and things like that. Or does anyone know a module that does it automatically, like sending one event or anouncement to everyone registered on the site?

3. How can I put a "Welcome to our community" or something like that after people register? Because the default option doesn't say anything and people don't know if there registered unless they see they're nickname on the top of the page.

  1. you can define extra profile properties that people have to answer, You can do this from Admin > User Accounts > Profile Properties
  2. you could use the dnn newsletter module for that (Admin > NewsLetter)
  3. you can redirect users to a specific page after registration (Admin > User Accounts > User Settings)
