I like to show modules side by side, instead under or above eachother in the contentpane.
Is this possible?

I have a small video that explains a bit about skinning and one about modules and how they work. You might get something out it.

When logged in as administrator or host, you'll see the dropdown box next to the module that should allow you to do this - the moving module option.

If you have created your own skin with only one content pane, you can't do anything until you add more panes. But if you are using the default skins, you'll see the options to move there.

You can also select the module by the title and move to another pane.

I hope this helps you- but yes, the answer to your question is that you can do this.

So, the maximum number of modules shown side by side is three. If I like to show more modules side by side in the contentpane I have to change the default skin. with a adjusted contentpane, Is this difficult to do ?

Thanks for the answer so far. Ton

Ton ~

Modules appear vertically in panes.  So the layout of your skin must include a pane structure which provides the correct combination for the layout you wish to achieve.  There is one very hany module I am aware of for helping with this... alowing you to combine multiple modules in a single container and sort of artificially create an impromptu layout within a pane.  Its from www.zldnn.com...
