I upgraded to 4.0.2 and noticed today that the rss feed that site users have been using to keep abreast of new events seems to have stopped working at the same time as I updated the module. I checked the feed url and that's the same. I also checked it in IE7 Browser Feeds tool as well as reader.google.com with the same results. refreshing and speeding up the time settings in those tools didn't work. I can't think of anything else that has changed to cause this. Other site feeds are ok. Has anyone else experienced this and have suggestions on how to restore feed updateing?

Thanks
Mike

One of the things we did (I think in 4.0.2) was to change the information sent to DNN Search (which the base RSS feed uses) to have the date the event was updated at, rather than the event date. Therefore you may find events have 'disappeared' from the RSS feed.

In 4.1.0, we have added some RSS functionality into the module proper. This will allow you to specify which date is used in the RSS feed. See here for some details

Hope this is clear.

Ok, that definately clears some things up for me. I'll look into testing some more. Thanks for your help!
