DNN 4.04.00

I have been developing a portal and wanted to copy it to a production server at a co-location. This is what I did:

1. Copied the database.
2. Copied the DNN folder and updated web config for the db connections.
3. Configured IIS.

I can run my default portal fine. But when I try to run a child portal I have, I get the error below. I am using the standard DNN blue skins.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.TreeViewMenu.BuildTree(DNNNode objNode, Boolean blnPODRequest) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.TreeViewMenu.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Does anyone have any Ideas?
