The skinning document that I downloaded has a number of tokens in Appendix A.  That seems to be somewhat outdated, though.  For example, it references [SOLPARTMENU] whereas the current installation has a template that uses [NAV] instead.  Ditto with [TREEVIEWMENU].  Have these items been deprecated or something?  Is there somewhere I can download a current version of the skinning document with the current Tokens or anything?

AFAIK Timo is going to update the Skinning document. If you need information about Nav and TreeManu, I suggest to have a look for documentation at webcontrols.dotnetnuke.com.
