hey, my problem is that i have made a folder in skin folder and add a html in it , in that html i add a css , but that html is not getting any class from that css,

i also view the source code and i did not see any refrence of any css file .

am i doing something wormg,

how can i link my css file in the html of skin folder (that i make)

amd can u tell me why style sheet is not working
