I installed Pinical 1 skin, works great and all, however it seems some tools like, the File Browser, I can't make out the text unless I highlight it.  Or the settings on a Permissions page, the second row "All Users", and the alternate rows after, are white on white, while the rest is whte on black.

Do I need to change thier skin.css file? or is there one for the default portal I should be changing? If the later, where is that file.

Well is there  a way to change the File Manager's backcolor vs changing the skin's font color? I tried changing it on the skin.css, which made it easier to ready but changes the font everywhere so looks bad everywhere else.
