Recently my file manager screens both under admin and host account do not display correctly.  A screen shot can be found at:

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

it looks like JavaScript code does not get executed but displayed - very strange. did you disable JS execution or install any developer tool?

I did not make any of those changes.  However, I will check with my host as they would most likely make any of those changes to the server.
