Hello there,

I am in serious crisis situation since last 36+ hours without any clue why this is happening.

My DNN is unloading every 30 seconds with an event log saying "The AppDomain shut down because of the hosting environment."

I know that asp.net web applications are unloaded from memory every 20 mints (default) from IIS.

But my situation is different my application not only unloads but also crashes the application pool.

I am not even able to login as the Captcha no longer remains valid by the time I input the login credentials as application has already unloaded and crashed the application pool.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HOW CAN I DEBUG/FIX THE SITUATION AS TO WHAT IS WRONG?

I am even ready to pay to fix this single incident as it is causing me revenue+time loss.

We made no changes to dnn since past 1 month, this started all of a sudden.

Please guide/assist.

Any of your help is very highly and sincerely appreciated.

Awaiting Reply,

Sincerely,

I'm curious how this resolved for you.  I have a similar problem (though not quite as serious) with appdomain recycling every minute or so.

Normally it's lack of memory allocated in IIS, badly configured shared hosting, or a dodgy module dll taking up all resources.... or a version of DNN more than 2 years old.
