I have a running DNN Installation 4.5.3 with a vertical menu (DNNMenuNavigationProvider) with 2 Levels. The site is running fine for quite some time (at least that's what I thought).

Know i've been informed from members of two independent banks that the menu will not be shown on their browsers (inhouse, same behaviour on different browsers).

That's how it normally looks:

That's what people see inhouse of the 2 banks:

Of course this seems to be a problem with the restrictions (? dynamic content) within these banks but nevertheless I should find a solution that all customers can navigate through my site. Does anybody have an idea to get around this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
George

My guess is they have javascript disabled on their browsers, can you confirm that?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Unfortunately I can not confirm it but as they are the largest swiss banks and www.ubs.com uses javascript on its own homepage I have a hard time thinking that would be the problem.

Because its already evening here in Switzerland I can not get an answer back from the banks within the next 12 hours.

you might also check if they are getting javascript errors in the browsers. (when you're able to check with them)

Both banks reported not having scripts disabled and it's true, we checked that with other sites having popup menus.  Theay also got no javascript errors.

We did not find the cause of the problem but we found that when I change the dnn:NAV ProviderName from DNNMenuNavigationProvider to ASP2MenuNavigationProvider it works. I'm not very happy with this solution but it's to complex to test more on this as long as I can't reproduce the error on my own environnement.

Chris, thanks for your effort.
