Hi,

Is there a way to enable/disable modules per portal? so each portal can have different sets of modules available to them.

Or can it also be set per user role? Like if I create a role and specify modules that the role can actually use.

Thanks,
Paul

Great question Paul - it comes up from time to time and the answer is Yes - you set permissions by loggin in as host - and going to the host/module definitions/ and selecting the module you want to set as *premium*  - you'll see a box to check - by setting that you can choose which portal has permission to access it.

Further to that - if you are in your clients portal and they want to use it - they can see it under the admin/settings where the modules whch are available as a premium will be displayed.   How the payment and other things work I' m not sure but that's how you do it.

Thanks for that information. So I guess that the premium modules are per portal and cannot be set per user role.

Anyway I've tried it and it works. Except your 2nd paragraph regarding the admin/settings, I can't see the premium modules. I must be looking at the wrong place.

Again, thanks for the help
